For a return to be accepted:
• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging without any signs of tampering.
• It must be in perfect condition.
• It must be returned with its original packaging and without any signs of tampering with the seal.

For food safety reasons, returns of products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted.

Online purchase (from a distance)

  • Right of withdrawal: In online purchases, you have 14 calendar days to return a product without giving any reason.
  • Exceptions for food: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food that deteriorates or expires quickly (such as fresh or chilled products) or to pre-sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
