We select Super Negin saffron from Afghanistan, recognised for its long threads, intense colour and deep aroma. Each batch undergoes manual selection at its place of origin and independent quality control in Spain, in accordance with the international standard ISO 3632 Quality I, which assesses the main quality parameters of saffron.
